EFI is structured to provide a "one stop shop" environment for its customers, with the philosophy of providing quality products exactly to the customer's needs and specifications at a relatively quick turnaround time of 2 to 3 weeks for the majority of its products.

EFI provide delivery via their own vehicles in the Melbourne Metropolitan area, and FOR/FOB (ie. to EFI nearest rail depot or to customers nominated road transport to country and interstate locations).

EFI is committed to providing excellence in quality, service and customer satisfaction, through the implementation of a quality system in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 9002 and through the use of quality components and materials to manufacture Australian standards approved products.

EFI is happy to provide samples for testing at your request, as the majority of our range is AFFIRDI approved and carries AFFIRDI approved components.
